TrangTrang Luxury Hotel is a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything is so beautiful, and relaxing. The staff are wonderful and friendly, in particular Ciara who helped us change our VietJet flight and made our stay in Hanoi so easy by personally taking care of all the arrangements - my whole family had such a great time. The rooms are really lovely and clean, and the beds were super comfy. We loved our time in Hanoi and would definately come and stay at the TrangTrang Luxury Hotel again!

I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect - close to attractions but still quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh options. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotel had a wonderful location in the old quarters of town and few minutes away from the lake. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Trang and was super helpful and accommodating. So lucky to have met her ! She really went out of her way to help us with suggestions and making reservations for dinner. Would def come back and stay here when we visit Hanoi again. Breakfast was top notch with great local and internationals selections. We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Du lac and would def recommend it. Also the hot stone massage was Phenomenal. Do try it out while you are there.
