The rooms were fab and location minutes walk from town centre , very helpful staff and they served breakfast 30 min earlier @ 8am to accommodate us getting 9am bus to BOSTON . the hot breakfast was delicious too.

    Parking for the beach Cleanliness of the place Size is small BUT perfect for a couple Beautiful cabins Nice location, 8 minutes away from Provincetown 5 minutes from the beach. Very not crowded beach.

    Nice place. Cottage was clean. Only issue was don't leave food out at all as there were some ants after doing so. Parking is sufficient right next to your cottage. Would definitely stay again. Weather wasn't that good so didn't really get to enjoy the beach though it's a nice spot.

    The location was great! It was only a few minutes walk from Cold Storage Beach and 15 minute drive to Provincetown! So the location was super convenient with extra peace of not being in the middle of everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as were all of the locals we encountered. Prince of Whales also shares a parking lot with a little restaurant that we were so bummed wasn't yet open for the season, but we heard such great things about it!
