The staff was very friendly and ready to assist in any matter and accomplish what was needed. Even had motorcycle parking available which was a plus for us! Very clean, although did have a light dog smell to the room. But everything I can rate excellent and would stay again!.

Super skanky, side doors to the building were taped so they won’t lock, you hade to sign out a towel to swim with, the breakfast time has been changed but was only displayed on the door where it was and we were never told it was different than there website, and people were racing in the adjacent parking lot until 1 In the morning.

The hotel was comfy but the location was surprising and disaappointing. You are on the main route going though summersville in a parking lot of a shopping area. The pet area was very small and needed mowed badly. The breakfast was much better than expected and we enjoyed being able to get coffee and lemon water in the lobby.

The location was great right off the highway for our trip. The parking lot was great and felt safe for our work truck.

This was a convenient location for an overnight stay. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was great!

The hotel was a very nice stay to explore the New River Gorge Area. It was 20 minutes out from the main visitor center and some of the best trails were just a bit further out. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. The bathroom was clean, good water pressure. Hotel rooms can either face the highway or a parking lot for a strip mall, so either way the room wont be very quiet but the strip mall side is a bit quieter. The pool was a nice addition.

I didn’t even stay. I was so uncomfortable and uneasy from the moment I arrived. The parking lot was dark and awkward. The walkways were wet and unkempt so was the elevator. The rooms were outdated, dingy, and felt dirty. I couldn’t even bring myself to try the bed. There was hair left in the shower and the carpet just felt old and gross.The man lingering outside my door and the people next to me slamming their door was just an added bonus. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere.
