Very large rooms. Clean. A bit farther from the street, so no noise. Beautiful sea view from the window, though it might have looked more like a lake. The pool, although not heated according to staff, had fairly warm water, and it was nice to spend time there. 20-minute drive to Key West, which offers plenty of attractions. Free coffee service available. A restaurant with tasty food just 2-3 minutes on foot but only for dinner.

Good location, close to Key West and other attractions across the Keys. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful hosts and receptionists. Very cozy place, with a nice terrace, lovely view, comfortable rooms and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is absolutely spectacular—the location, the pristine facilities, everything is top-notch. However, the breakfast could be improved. The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Room 304 had a back patio that was literally a few feet from the ocean. There was ample parking. The room size was decent. The morning front desk person was very friendly.

The staff was exceptional, especially Wayne who was kind enough to let us check in early. It literally saved our lives. Location was pretty good also, about 20 minute drive to Key West. They offered complimentary coffee every morning and there was plenty of parking.
