Parking lot felt very secure, hotel felt very secure, nothing sketchy or scary about it. The room was very nice and clean. I especially liked how the room had vinyl flooring instead of carpet, making it better for my dog. We had a problem being overcharged on the pet fee that was immediately corrected and explained by the morning checkout person. The person who checked us in was very friendly.
