It appears they are upgrading. Parking lot needs repair and hall carpets are dirty

Price was good. The motel is very shopworn. Hallways carpeting hopelessly stained. Ice machine not cleaned for what looked like years. Parking lot entrance potholed and rubble. Only stayed here because of the price. Beds were clean and room was comfortable, though.
