We had easy access to town and to the lake. We really enjoyed the outside seating area with the fire pit and the fireplace. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Location was great! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! There was a free limo shuttle that we took multiple times. What an amazing added bonus! When the limo was a little slow (because they were busy) they found us another method of transportation! I would definitely stay there again.

    Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet style breakfast in the 8 am to 10 am time slot worked perfectly for our schedule. Not only was the food delicious but there were several choices covering both hot and cold selections. The room was not enormous but it was adequate, comfortable and clean and served the purpose offering very good value for the price paid. The staff was professional, kind and over the top helpful. The staff came outside to verify our parking spot did not violate some parking law. We would definitely return in the future.

    The staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful. I needed my room key replaced, and they did it without hesitation. I was surprised that in the room were two queen size adjustable beds. For health reasons I sleep. I’m one at home so this made it all the more comfortable for me. The room I stayed in even had covered parking. I think it is probably the best value hotel that I have stayed in ever. I definitely will be staying there again.

    Great location, easy on and off for day trips to Traverse City and Mackinaw City. Had a first floor room without a bay view and they had a nice private back area that didn’t have a view of parking lot, but actually had bird feeders and wooded view

    I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the main entrance and lobby. The bathroom was gigantic. It was a quiet area of town, and the view from the parking lot across the lake was spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive.
