The hospitality once entering the hotel was wonderful along with the amenities. It was clean and quiet which what is needed after a long day of traveling. The hotel room itself was clean and perfect. The shower/bathroom as well as stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make up remover, etc just in case if you forgot anything. We stayed in a 1-bedroom queen that was well put together. It was nice staying at a place where you know you were taken cared of.

    The room was comfortable and had what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the customer service was great! Having a pool, gym and a laundry room was awesome. Even though the hotel was packed, parking was not an issue which was nice. Check in and out was a very simple process.

    The hotel met our expectations, and Cypress is a nice safe neighbourhood to stay in. The parking lot was spaceous and the hotel was easy to find. The rooms were nice and clean and had the amenities expected. It had a lot of restaurants close by that you could walk to, and a Bucees almost next door, so everything is available when that snack-craving time comes around.

    Very weak on the breakfast options. Stalled bengals , muffins etc. milk left out uncovered. The place felt empty. Also, a friend of mine had his truck stolen from your parking lot recently.

    The location was good, close to the big outlet where you can do some shopping. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was really good, we appreciated the fresh waffles and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful and we liked easy and quick check-in. There was big parking lot, so dont worry to bring your own car.
