Historic factor, uniqueness factor, and privacy of not sharing walls with another unit and a private parking spot. The bed was actually extremely comfortable and I appreciated and very nice comforter on the bed, I can't stand newspaper feeling cheap hotel blankets and this was the exact opposite of that, fantastic.

Friendly lady at check in. Parking was close to room. Free breakfast was good. Many restaurant choices close by. Convenient to Mammoth Cave National Park.

Plenty of parking and well lit. Room was an average size. Bathroom and room was clean. Property was relatively quiet, we could hear are neighbors.
