I stayed here because it was closer to the Xinzhuang baseball stadium (my reason for visiting) than other places. The staff were lovely and helped me call for taxis and told the driver where I wanted to go.

Great location, well-designed rooms, overall a nice atmosphere. We were staying there for a couple of days to explore Taipei for the first time, and while at times it might have been more convenient to stay somewhere closer to the actual hustlend bustle of the touristy areas, we actually found that we really enjoyed how central this hotel was. It was a source of relaxation after a long day of city exploring.
