The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The best part is they open up the 16 floor with some snacks and drinks for people who came earlier before the check in time. This is a great idea as most hotels just have the guests to wait at the lobby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the subway and night market.

A highlight of my trip around all of Taiwan. Easily the best breakfast situation I've had in the world, too! Rooms were massive, impeccably clean. Views unparalleled. The room was on the 17th floor and we got a suite with two king beds and had plenty of room. We loved the location and the breakfasts were included and all so delicious. They had western breakfasts and traditional Taiwanese breakfast and both were wonderful. We loved the workout room as well. They had umbrellas for us to use each day and greeted us at the door with a smile every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

this was one of the greatest experiences i had in a hotel, not only in taiwan but ever! wish I could give more than 10 points honestly. the location was great, just a few minutes from the MRT station services are amazing (gym and laundry free of charge available) they provide a happy hour service in the restaurant from almost all day long, with free of charge snacks and drinks. Don't expect a buffet or anything like that, but we found it to be such a nice thing they do for their guests but the most amazing thing was the room, very big and clean with all the right amenities.

Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Kaohsiung rail main station and HSR station are along the same MRT line.
