Location view and services, the team looking after the swimming pool and the beach are all great, I have stayed in different hotels in Tunisia, however this is the only hotel I have found people are very friendly with amazing attitude and great hospitality.

The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. Mohammed quick to respond excellent English very much a gentleman and very helpful. Apartment very clean, great decorating, lots of room, hot water, great bed for sleep. washer superb and all équipement one needs. warm and toasty as temp outside down to 5 c w windchill view from terrace 360 and serene. would be great place to sunbathe if weather warmer. in city center; one block from metro and across from mall and MonPrix grocery. beach only 5 min walk away.
