Everyone of staff is extremely supportive. The staff even was able to answer my weird question about the name and origin of the custom hotel shampoo which I enjoyed a lot. Everything in hotel of high quality and well designed. The breakfast quality is very good.

You can't tell how they do it. But from the start, the team of the Rock Samui will give you a relaxing and warm welcome to this little tropical paradise. Build as an tribute to the international series 'the flintstones', the Rock offers everything a traveller needs. Chill out places, a private beach to relax at and moreover a staff team that is interested in offering professional service. One my way back home i even revisited the hotel - it was so great. Therefore i can just say thank you, for your wonderfull teamspirit. May it be the endearing Chaw who has the empathy to share heartwarming laughs with good feelings. Yet also offers smart advice for your trip, professionalism when it comes to questions regarding the hotel and sharp comments - if you let her. The all knowing, almost tour guide niveau Gerome from philippines, who knows everything about the island Kho Samui. May it be the way to the ferry, the bus stations, the time of traffic or locations to eat, enjoy or meet friends. But don't forget about the rest of the team. The kitchen handles your order excellent. There are even fresh croissants every morning. Since i've been to france this year, they can stand the comparisson. Also it is very clean everywhere. Been in other hostels and hotels so far. Still, this one stands out. If you work a lot and want to relax, the Rock is your place to go. Of course bigger or even party beaches are just a shortly away. But who wants to go there, when you can have a private beach with your friends? When we were at holiday, one tourist even fell to the ground unconscious. The team called emergency immedeatly and even visited the unlucky solo traveller afterwards in hospital. In short: They genuinly care for you as a guest. Something, you can't find everywhere in the world.

Good breakfast, 3 options to choose, you wont leave the table hungry. We really enjoyed it. Small, but wonderful and clean pool. The appartment was perfect. Almost felt like home. You got everything you need, the personel is very friendly and helpful. 7-Eleven is around the corner. We highly recommend it.

    Really great experience at this hotel as our first time in Thailand. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Amazing choice and lovely breakfasts, Communal areas all very good but room was a little tired and could do with an update. Our balcony had a view of the car park so would suggest getting a pool view room.

    Pace and quiet resort, generally for pairs and families with kids. Extremely friendly staff members are working hard with smiles on their faces. Even when the restaurant is at its full capacity during breakfast hours all runs smoothly and serves quickly. Wifi bandwidth is amazing 🤩 up to 110Mbps. Rooms are very well equipped, cleaning stuff acting as furies. Parking lots were available every time we get back.

    I had a great stay here, and the host, Golf, is very kind and helpful. She even drove me to my next accommodation for free. The location is also excellent; everything is within a 5-minute walking distance. The rooms are cleaned upon request, with new towels, coffee, tea, and water. The Wi-Fi is good, there is a small pool, and the house has all the basics you need. There is free parking for your scooter, and the rooftop area was a nice little addition

    Nude sun bathers in the swimming pool!. Next to beach. Breakfast is limited but quite nice with good coffee. Shaving mirror has light and magnification. Free parking but the parking space can only hold 3 medium size cars.
