Amazing friendly family, always up for a conversation and a laugh. They were very proactive in helping us renting a scooter and day trips (for very reasonable price). They even offered us a small cooking class to learn their recipes of fried rice and pad thai two classics in Thailand. Lele was very welcoming and helpful. The place is great for those that want to take a break from all the noise and the touristic side of the country. Despite being relatively on the outskirt of Khao Sok, the internet connection was strong enough for me to work remotely and even take visio calls. You'll also have the occasion to discover the life in community centred around permaculture if you want to as well as eat some of the food growing on the propriety and cooked by a local chef.

Billion Views certainly lives up to its name - we really can't emphasise enough how spectacular the views are from just about every angle. A particular treat was waking up on our first morning and seeing the thick mist slowly rise as the sun rose, and all the spectacular mountains come into view. Chompunut is the consumate host, and is willing to share her recommendations for exploring the area (including some great hot springs about an hour away) and also arranged for us a great day-trip to the nearby National Park. We enjoyed her delicious home cooking for both breakfast and dinner, and she was kind enough to share some Thai cooking techniques before dinner in the form of a mini-lesson, which was very sweet (and informative). We felt sad to leave such a fantastic place, and the sheer majesty (and peace and quiet) of this location will remain with us for a long time.

I love the peaceful scenery surrounded by nature. The beds were comfy. It was glamping with such an amazing view to watch both sunrise and sunset!

This stay has been the highlight of our trip so far. The staff was incredible, the kindest people we've met in Thailand. They helped us with everything we needed. Even arranged a taxi and recommended a scooter rental service. The room had a gorgeous view. It was very secluded from the centre, but that was the best part because it was very peaceful. Cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10

Very nice location in the middle of the forest, next to the river. The wooden tents are cozy, equipped with a fan and to my surprise there was no mosquitos inside. The bathroom is in another small building, all clean. The host organises different activities, such as bamboo rafting which was a great fun.
