The place was exceptionally comfortable, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She generously upgraded our accommodation, enhancing our experience beyond our expectations. The flats are roomy, superbly equipped with all kitchen tools and essential amenities. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, comfortable bed, pleasant smell and very clean. It was warm enough and the apartment is very well lit. The owner and his wife are wonderful people.

As a seasoned traveller who’s learnt to be put off by ratings the Kassel ticked all the boxes! Not 5 star but the quaint rooms, excellent staff, fine food made us extend our stay by an extra two days.
