very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler).     Location is amazing - close to the river, quiet and green with a great parking. Walking distance to many places. It is a new house, very clean and with a great, new equipment. Our host was very helpful and nice. Beds were really comfortable and kitchen has everything that you need.
