Sir Paolo was very accommodating and responsive to queries. The room was clean and equipped with good AC (with heating and cooling options), heater and oven toaster. Basic toiletries were provided. It was a great location, not over done inside, felt big enough because owner didn't feel need to fill all space with stuff Laundry round corner, coffee bean tea leaf cafe stumbling distance, 7/11 too, friendly concierge staff, enough in the kitchen for quick meals Nice to see some Netflix Great balcony in the storm, great view
