Great place , beautiful views of the harbour . Very clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect to rest if you are on a big trip across the country . Wonderful chowder in a fishing club in Whangaroa where they have bar and restaurant.

The hosts were so incredibly lovely, everything that we needed was provided. The directions to the place were very clear and simple to follow. The added bottles of water and chocolate were a great surprise. And if you like star gazing this is definitely the place to be!!

The accommodation was stunning—an enormous, beautifully decorated, stylish apartment with everything spotlessly clean. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and were genuinely saddened that we couldn’t stay longer. If we visit New Zealand again, we will definitely return and stay here. Excellent large balcony overlooking the beach with easy access. Had all the facilities we needed. Some lovely shops, cafes and restaurants in nearby Mangonui.

The studio is tucked behind the owner's home. Very private. Unassuming from the outside with nice garden around the entrance. Inside is a spacious layout. Really well appointed to a high standard, but not over the top. A comfy lounge to relax in with a glass of red. Finally, we got a bathroom that is quite roomy. We found the bed is so comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. They supply a good wi-fi system. The JBL bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Mandy and George make for really nice hosts.
