Friendly, helpful, attentive, and always available to answer questions and provide information. Great location near the city center with various shops nearby. We had an amazing stay. Staff are kind and friendly and the hotel is beautiful!! Dolakh (CEO of the Hotel) has been really helpful during our stay, taking care of every single detail to make us feel home. He is really passionate about what he does.
