We loved everything about our stay in the Hacienda. Once we parked the car we decided to stay the 2 days and not leave the Hacienda. The pool was lovely to spend the afternoon around in. We loved the informative and interactive Sisal, Hacienda, Mayan house and cenote tour. The most stunning cenote I’ve been in - water so clear you could see right to the bottom. A very informative and enjoyable tour spoken in both Spanish & English for us Australians. The included breakfasts and dinners were great and we enjoyed the different locations to dine in. We had to leave early for flights and the hacienda very kindly packed us up a breakfast bag to take with us. We enjoyed this very much at the airport. Thank you

We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

Everything was great. Very quiet, silent at night, we slept like babies in a big comfy bed. Our room was big and also with a big bathroom. We even enjoyed the pool in the evening after a long hot day walking around. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast.

Exquisitely designed and furnished boutique hotel in Merida. An absolute oasis in the quiet back streets of town. Easy access to the historic town centre. We had the large king room next to the pool. A delicious breakfast was served in the courtyard garden by lovely staff. Parking on the street was easy and immediately outside the property. Our three night stay could not have been better. Great value for money.
