The property and the room itself were very tranquil - very nice high quality decoration and facilities throughout. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Private parking and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Merida

The property was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, there was a small pool which was perfect to cool off in. The staff were so friendly and their communication was amazing from the moment we booked. They made every effort to make sure we were well informed about what was on and where to go in Merida and were interested in the experiences we had. Their love of Mexico and Merida was very evident. Breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning with 3 options and fruit. Lovely coffee and juice. Said was lovely and friendly every morning, giving us tips for Merida and our future travels. What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.
