We had an amazing stay. Personal of the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful everytime. Food was absolutely delicious. We had a full board, some meals were for a fee but everytime it was more than 10 out of 10. The location of the hotel is very calm and peaceful, quiet, no night clubs which was super and the best unwind and chill. The ocean is very colorful with nice beach and good place for snorkeling. The hotel offers snorkeling equipment, kayaks, activities, massages. I recommend you to bring some case so you can buy one of Mr. Raj’s beautiful paintings and safely bring it home. I also recommend at the beginning to ask at the reception if they can take you to a place where the turtles are and then you will have a better chance to see them if you start to go snorkeling at this place often. The room is cleaned twice a day, the same with changing fresh water in the room (2 bottles twice a day). At the beach were also bottles of water.

11/10 for this amazing hotel. Stayed at some other places, but this one is amazing. It has everything. Very friendly staff, a lot of waiters, so you never have to wait for new dishes or drinks. The restaurant, lobby and lounge are all semi-opened, so you always have nice fresh air & can see the ocean. Lounge with Billard, games, large TV. Free Gym & Spa. Got a 20 minute free massage coucher & free champagne at check in. Restaurant is amazing! Breakfast and dinner one of the best I ever had. A huge variety, every evening new dishes. Great desserts. Very nice ambiente, great interior and big room. Fresh beach towels every day. Free drinks at the beach and pool during the day. Cocktails are at reasonable prices. Car was parked upon arrival and backs brought to our room. The ocean is great. You can walk long snorkeling for free, SUP or Kayak, all included. Darts at the beach & activities too. Would come back to Mauritius just for this hotel.

    The apartment is conveniently located on the main road. It was clean and newly refurbished. There is private parking on site. We were very well looked after by Anwar who also has a restaurant a few doors down.

    Everything was impeccable. Welcoming Host and very helpful. Room cleaning service provided .All facilities were available as expected: wifi, kitchen ,bed rooms, air conditioning .parking etc. Quiet environment less than 1 minute walk to Bras Deau Beach. The Bras Deau Nature park just behind the appartment. Very well located for a peaceful stay. Sunshine Fusion Restaurant just 50 metres and no need to worry about quality food. Overall everything was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend SUNSHINE RESIDENCE.

    The building is quite new (less than 2 years old), gated, with private parking. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped to cook. it’s on the ground floor with a little shared garden and direct access to the pools and beach. Though there is no lagoon here, the waters are accessible to freshen up and soak up the sun :-)
