The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

The owner and the housekeeper Renata are awesome, always there to help. Place is extremely clean, the villa and the rooms as well. No matter which time of day and night. Smart tv’s and good internet, so you can connect to your own platforms. Clean towels any time you can get on request, for some silly money you can use washing machine, and much more small things that can make your stay pleasant. For everyone with prejudice, do not have them. You will recive warm welcome from which ever part of the planet you came.

Our stay at this seaside hotel in Ulcinj was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable and cozy. Very polite and helpful staff. Good breakfasts - friendly and smiling young waiters. Parking space in the underground garage. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest beach is about a 10 minutes walk away, and the old town is about 20 minutes away. The return journey is a bit longer because it's uphill ;) The hotel also has an indoor pool, which is a plus on hot days. I highly recommend it!
