I stepped in the hotel and asked for a room, and I was told that the hotel is full and that I should go and check other places. Hearing that, I entered on Booking app, booked a room, got a discount and with the reservation done, it seems that there was a room. In the end it was better for me, as I got a better deal from Booking compared to the price at the reception.
