Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy. I stayed twice in this property. It's near the beach . Extremely supportive staff specially Mr.Mohan manager of the property. On my second visit he surprised me with some fruits and a thanks letter. He also offered a discount on my food . I recommend this property for a safe and peaceful stay
