This is a very comfortable and private living space in a suburb of Colombo, set in a traditional home surrounded by a vibrant green environment. It features lots of natural light, the bedroom air conditioned, with a large bed and small writing desk as well as small balcony. The host is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the place as well as provide great recommendations. Note the that the rental is for a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and that the kitchen, living room and dining room are shared with other tenants (if they are there). The shared spaces are quite sizable.

I can honestly say that this hotel is OUTSTANDING - the service is incredible!! I was upgraded and given a complimentary late check out! This is incredible and I’m so grateful!!! The room is ABSOLUTELY stunning - everything is SO COMFORTABLE! We had the pleasure of staying at Taprobane House Hotel for 26 days, and it truly felt like a second home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are comfortable, the garden is lovely, and the atmosphere is calm and serene. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we appreciated the genuine hospitality throughout our stay.
