Unexpectedly found, It is small villa, with mini fridge and kitchen. Room is plenty for 2 of us, with a comfortable bed. Everything was there that we can think of like hot water, A/C, and the internet. Owner of the place was very kind towords us.Beach near it was one of the best. He arrange a village tour for free of charge. Breakfast was also good. The time spent there was very enjoyed.

It was amazing to stay in this apartment. Great location, 2 amazing restaurants only 2 min walk, 4 min to the best beach in Bentota. AC works great, king size bed 😍. But the best about this vacation were our hosts. They are super friendly and welcoming. They organised all excursions for us🙂 and always recommended places to visit and see. 🥰

I absolutely loved staying here. The place is rather secluded, away from tourist crowds, but what you're getting outweighs this in so many ways. And you're getting: (1) the host who is always eager to help and who, I could see, really cares about the property and keeps it well-functioning at all times, (2) a personal chef who cooks delicious meals to your order every evening — the prices are more than reasonable, and the food I tried in nearby restaurants doesn't even compare to the quality of these home-cooked wonders, (3) amazing and helpful staff who make sure all your needs are met, (4) beautiful clean beach just 20-30 meters away from your room, (5) picturesque sunsets you can view right from the balcony.

Great hotel with fabulous garden providing very close contact to the nature with big swimming pool in the centre. Our bungalow was clean and beautiful with all needed amenities like fresh towels, A/C or fan. Served in the hotel breakfast was tasty and varied with many options to choose the best for yourself. The biggest advantage of the Villa is very friendly and helpful staff taking great care of us after one of us got serious health issues. We were really lucky to meet such a great people there!

The couple that hosted were amazing, very welcoming and kind. The breakfast that is included was excellent with omelette and fruit and yogurt and juice and toast and local Sri Lankan breakfast stuff and pot of tea or coffee. The bed was large with its own mosquito net and the sheets were good quality and clean, and the pillows were good and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent and enclosed with its own prospect store, but it was a large area that was enclosed. The bathroom was a good size.

An ideal place to spend 3 nights. Very near the beach, multiple restaurants, local shops and snack bars. The property itself is extremely well kept by Jaya. I loved eating his freshly grown fruit for breakfast, and he's really interesting and helpful, particularly with local knowledge. You wont be getting ripped off when Jaya is helping you book activities (lovely mangrove tour and pit stop at ayurveda garden!). Very relaxing feel to the place too! The room was more than spacious. Amazing guesthouse in a peaceful location near the Bentota Ganga river. Clean, cozy, modernly furnished and air-conditioned apartment with a double bed, bedside tables and two armchairs. a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with toilet and hot running water. The owner is kind, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Delicious and rich continental breakfast. I definitely recommend it.
