The whole experience was impressive and after having stayed in many hotels in Sri Lanka, this is definitely one if the best. The sounds of the rainforest at night and the lake view in the morning amplified the experience. Staff was very helpful and gave great guidance beyond the cliches.

Amazing! The place is really nice and clean. The owner is super helpful and friendly. It’s easy to reach and if you drive your own tuktuk they can help you with driving it up (it’s just a few meters) . He provides drinking water and there is nice warm water in the shower. The view is beautiful and the place is very peaceful. Good to get some rest after a day in the busy city. Would absolutely recommend and book it again!

The pictures of this hotel looked amazing! As the hotel has little reviews (it’s only a month old) we were a bit unsure whether to book or not, but glad we did! The rooms look exactly like the images and the entire hotel is decorated beautifully. The room was large and airy with a very neutral design which I loved! It had great details, including a large free standing mirror, coffee table and armchair. The main show has to be the bed. Large, extra soft linen with plenty of cushions - dreamy! The linen has been some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The bathroom also featured a large shower with a giant rainfall shower head. I would definitely stay here again. Wish there were more quality stays like this! One last thing, they served a fab coffee!

A beautiful place to stay with a great view and a lovely host! The staff are so helpful and made the trip really great. Breakfast was really filling and tasty and we were able to ask for a flexible breakfast time.

We booked quite last minute and arrived in the evening, we were picked up and welcomed with a traditional Sri Lankan meal cooked by the amazing nana Nandi. The rooms are clean and the surroundings beautiful and quiet (apart from the beautiful nature sounds). Sudesh the owner is super helpful and tries to accommodate you in every need (from a Kandy tour, tuktuk service, or help by choosing a taxi driver, to a nice chat with a beer). The family has a lovingly warmth which makes you feel welcomed and at ease. We stayed here with our kids, but I would also recommend it to couples without. The fact that there are (almost) daily cooking classes makes it easy to meet people. To summarize: a recommendation from my heart! We will meet again <3

More than a hotel in a quiet and beautiful green part of Kandy. This place is owned by an Ayurvedic doctor who is one of the nicest man whom we met. I got a flower bouquet as a welcome present. The building is very nice, newly built and tasteful. Rooms are like King's suites. Super clean and comfortable huge rooms and beds with beautiful furniture, living area and TV, loud speakers. The bathroom has shower and bath tub too with (always) hot water! A huge private well equipped kitchen is also part of the room. Everywhere the highest level of cleanness and hospitality. The rooftop restaurant and pool area is also super clean and beautiful, tranquil.breathtaking view too the local hillside. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. The whole place is a magic, it has a calm, heartwarming atmosphere. If someone have more time definitely spend 3-5 days here and have ayurvedic treatments/massages. We will take us unforgettable memories of this place and the people who work here. We had beautiful ayurvedic massage at the owner's place very close to the hotel. Experienced and qualified therapists works for this place. Thank you Dr. Nawarathna, and Charuka who served us and supported us all time and all the staff members this heartwarming experience!

A beautiful place, recently opened and has been set up to a very high standard. Huge, comfy bed, silky soft sheets, brand new bathroom with the best water pressure I’ve found anywhere in Sri Lanka and also plenty of hot water, free toiletries. Excellent air conditioning. There was a kettle and range of Ceylon teas provided in the room too - perfect for my early morning brew whilst looking out at the sunrise from bed. Also has a big TV with worldwide channels although I didn’t really use it, too busy exploring! The rooftop terrace has stunning views across Kandy, very nice to sit out and watch the sunset here. The host was super welcoming and his wife made the most delicious breakfasts. Went the extra mile when I didn’t find a 3 wheeler to the station in time for my train, and dropped me off in his car! Thank you Pravin and team (& sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong!) Location was fab, a little up hill out of the busy city centre, so super quiet and yet very easy to travel to all the attractions in the area either on foot or by 3 wheeler. Will definitely stay again next time in the area, great find!
