Beautiful property which such lovely and kind owner and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The view is facing to surrounding hotels and on the rooftop you can clearly see the beach through by the other accomodations. So clean, comfortable and the best location on a quiet road close by Surf Gang Luxury Hotel and Mamas Restaurant. Property is newly opened and still owner having nice decorations surrounding because keep looking forward to upcoming days 🥰Thank you.

Jas and his family made us feel so welcome and were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect for the beach and the main area and was great to get to the surf as you could just walk down the beach to get there. We loved our room as well, big comfy bed, great bathroom and lots of space to relax. We will definitely come back if we are ever in Arugam bay again.

Absolutely stunning beach front hotel, pool was great with the kids, the chef was incredible - every dish was super tasty. We loved the outdoor chilling area and bean bags. Rooms were very spacious and stunning views of the ocean. And it was so close to the hustle of Arugam Bay!

Good attention and receiving from the hosts. They allow us to choose between 2 rooms at our convenience. The location is great, just 2 min walk from the beach and away from the noisy main street. The bed was really good, the AC worked perfectly and a nice big bathroom. You also can use the kitchen to make your own meals and there is a fridge you can also use. Space for parking your tuk tuk or motorbike.
