Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. The property was amazing as was the host Bonnie. The place was spotless and in a very good location. He welcomed us personally even though we came late and was very helpful. There are also many amenities close by. Airport access is very convenient to both Wilson (15 min) and Jomo Kenyatta (30 min). Very stylishly designed and easy check in. The Drexel House was a private and calming escape after our safari. Property is lush and very well cared for. Staff are thoughtful and charming as well as skilled. Food was made with love and very tasty. (The butternut soup was among my favorite dishes of our entire trip across Kenya!) We even saw some incredible birds we had not encountered on safari while sitting outside during our stay. Location is very close to the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center as well as good food options.
