The owner was most welcoming and accommodating. It was a very peaceful place and I had a wonderful nights sleep. There was a nice place to eat nearby, and the owner was very helpful, when needed. Great value for money too.

Tomoko was the most beautiful, gracious host and this delicately renovated ryokan was exceptional. We absolutely loved staying here and appreciated every bit of kindness, service and friendship. Very functional accommodation. My family of 4 had a really good 3 nights stay. The dedicated car park, which is almost a must when you visit Niihama, is a big plus too. Restaurants and convenient store very close as well. Communication with the host is absolutely apot on!
