Without a doubt the best place we ever stayed at in Japan, and we have been to quite a few special ones. Great Japanese (Thai) guesthouse with all amenities. The owner and his staff are just fantastic! They really care and take care of you. Especially when you're staying a longer period (5 days for me) and if you're a solo traveller. Top value!

Quiet, simple and homely onsen hotel. There's a private outdoor onsen that required booking but it's free. There's also public onsen. Everyone was friendly and rooms are cozy. Lovely view outside hotel and lovely tempura dinner and breakfast.

We are offered a nice and spacious sea view room. The shuttle bus to bus terminal downhill is convenient in winter. The buffet for dinner and breakfast are good but the dishes are not changed so we feel a little bored after 4 days.
