The calm area and excellent views around were one of the better points. The house in and around was very clean and hygienic. Check-in was super easy thanks to the great explanations of the home owner.

A very beautiful hotel on the waterfront with fantastic views. Super clean. We enjoyed the lazy river. Food was good at all the restaurants. We appreciated the use of complimentary PJ's and slippers.

This hotel is EXCELLENT value for money. I didn’t have particularly high expectations based on the price compared to similar close by but everything was perfect. The hotel is clean, spacious, the pool area is great whether you want sun or shade. The pool is great for adults or children. The setting is calm and beautiful. The beach attached to the hotel is so dreamy! The bluest sea and a nice walk in the day/evening. The location is a funny one to score as it’s in the middle of an industrial site, but most of the hotels are. The local bus leaves from the hotel lobby and you can go everywhere! It’s so easy to get to the mall, the ferry port, the airport, nearby beaches, restaurants so we actually liked the location as it’s so accessible by bus. Taxis are also cheap if this is your preference. The indoor poorly is lovely and warm, perfect for our baby. Overall I think this is a great hotel!

#1) Loved how easy check in was. It's all codes from front door to your room which makes it so much easier to access being with two people (no fighting over the key) #2) The room was an amazing space with many sections with doors if you wanted separation (kitchen, toilet/WC, shower, main vanity mirror room). #3) Came with a washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent~ #4) Fridgerator with freezer #5) Cooking utensils/ dishware/ silverware provided + soap/ sponge #6) Bed was centered in the room, a lot of space #7) Hooks inside room #8) Balcony had a beautiful view of the sea (if you get this type of room. Street facing rooms might not have this) #9) Large screen door and smaller window could let breeze in (only applicable for rooms that are on the outside. Center room likely doesn't have smaller window) #10) Parking spaces provided with option of overhead cover to drive in the drop off stuff. Parking itself doesn't have overhead cover. #11) If you need more ammenities (slippers, cotton swaps, plastic bags, etc), it's available downstairs near the elevator. #12) If you want your trash taken care of, you need to bag it and place it outside your door before 10am each day. No invasion of privacy! #13) Within walking distance of a supermarket and several restuarant. #14) The stay instructions were really helpful in English. Menu of restuarant to order from was super cute and creative (albeit all in Japanese).

Our room was beautiful and huge with views of both the ocean and Naha Airport, the double glass doors did an impressive job of blocking out all sound from the nearby Naha Airport, which was a real benefit for a good night sleep. The hotel offers free open-air parking directly beside it, and it's just a short walk to "Umikaji Terrace" where we had dinner and the famous pan-cake. We also enjoyed the complimentary flow of alcoholic drinks in the evening, all while overlooking the pool and watching planes take off and land. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor hot spring pool. We were also very grateful that the staff kindly arranged for us to pick up our breakfast boxes slightly earlier to accommodate our early morning flight, thank you so much!

Stayed at their apartment in Nago before, and chose to stay here after I found out that they are located in Naha as well. Very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It has a big balcony to chill in or sun your laundry. About 15 minutes drive to the airport. We only stayed for a day before heading home, so we did not have the chance to try out their facilities (gym, rooftop space). Some restaurants are located about a 5 minute drive away. If you’re renting a car and want somewhere close to the airport, I would recommend this place. Just be mindful of the narrow road leading to the hotel. Overall it was a comfortable stay for my mum and me 😄

    Fantastic time. Service and friendliness of the employees were exceptional. Spa was great, breakfast buffet the best we ever had in Asia, Pools are nice and swimming at the beach was good also. Parking was no problem, and the room was nice, quiet, and with a beautiful view. The restaurant Kanazawa was also very good and the outsidebar is a nice place for a drink after dinner. We had a very happy stay and come back a day.

    Very comfy bed, restroom with bath tub and clean room with balcony. Very happy with the breakfast and dinner at restaurant on 2nd floor. Car Park is 550 Yen/day. Beach can swim in 1 min walking distance.

    I highly recommend this place!! Kotaru was a kind host! The location puts you close to restaurants, shops, and the water. It is quiet and comfortable. This is a Showa era style house with a comfortable tatami mat room. The air conditioning worked well, the wifi was fast, the kitchen came well equipped, and their is parking. The yard is comfortable and can enjoy an evening outside. Comes equipped with a clothes washer. This place is great for a couple and families. Will consider renting again.
