The best stay I could ever imagine! From the very first minutes, I felt genuine care and attention from the staff — they truly welcome every guest here. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail: a comfortable bed, a fresh scent, and perfect order. The peaceful atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and feeling of comfort made my stay incredibly pleasant. I especially want to highlight the service — fast, polite, and always with a smile. Any request was handled instantly, as if by magic. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, everything was fresh, and the presentation was on the level of a good restaurant. The location is excellent: everything is close by, yet there’s no noise or fuss. I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves the highest praise. If I could give not just 5, but 10 stars — I would do it without hesitation. I will definitely come back and gladly recommend it to everyone!

My stay in Petra was truly exceptional thanks to this hotel! I was warmly welcomed by Zeyad, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist me before, during, and even after my stay. He helped me with everything from arranging transportation to finding a guide and sharing useful tips, his support and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect to relax after a full day exploring Petra. A special highlight is the rooftop pool, a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying the view. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Petra, you can book it with complete confidence. A big thank you to Zeyad and the whole team for making my stay unforgettable!

The accommodation was great! Very clean, with a beautiful view of the city, dessert and sunset 😍 Firas and his friends and family were very kind, respectful and friendly, made me feel at home 🙌✨ The tour options with Firas were great too. We visited all the places on my list in Petra and added a couple of extra activities like sunrise and Petra by night 🤗 he also helped me get transport back to Amman for a reasonable price 👌

I had a truly wonderful stay at Petra Friends house ]. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful ambiance of the guest house made it a perfect retreat, whether for relaxation or a short getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The location was ideal—close enough to explore the area but still quiet enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Petra Premium is centrally located and a 2 minute walk to restaurants, mini marts, souvenir shops, etc. and 15 minutes walk or a 3 minute drive to the Petra archeological park. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean with a little balcony and view of the hills. Bathroom is compact but has a great shower that was ideal after hiking in and out of Petra. Breakfast has plenty of options for vegetarians (delicious moutabal, yoghurt), a good selection for vegans, and serves eggs and cold meats too. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make guests welcome. Everyone in the tourist industry in Wadi Musa is going through difficult times due to the massive reduction and tourists the region, so supporting this local business the hotel is I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Peter and Jordan

What a GREAT hotel! First of all, the entire staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel is amazing, with great views and located right across the road from the entrance to Petra, so extremely convenient! The breakfast is by far the best we tried in Jordan, it has everything! The room was spacious and the bathrooms as well. Everything is impecable clean. The pool and hot jacuzzi, and the whole rooftop area were also amazing and ideal after a long day walking around Petra. The gym has brand new equipment and literally everything you need for a good workout. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would 100% chooses it again if I ever go back to Petra.
