We booked very last Minute and were a little bit sceptical what to expect, but once we rang the bell we saw the friendly face of the owner. The moment he let us inside, we were so impressed how bright, clean and high quality the house and rooms are. Everything is newly renovated and very tasteful. The floor of the breakfast kitchen is so beautiful, you almost feel bad walking over it. You can safely park your car on his property. It was super easy to take the bus back and forward to the city. The owner will give you all the information you need, to have a good time in Venice. This is really a hidden gem and a total recommendation. If you want a smart way to visit Venice with a little bit of adventure. We had the feeling that we were visiting an Italian friend who made sure we had a good time and would help us if needed. Thank you very much for this experience.

The location is great . The design and colours are really nice. The food at breakfast was great but most of all the staff is super helpful. The communication with the owner, Francesco, was clear, the responses were always instant. We found the location easily, the owner was waiting for us at the exact time as we agreed. The location of the apartment is amazing. Although it's a quiet and cozy place, it is about 200 meters from the train and vaporetto stations. There are some very good places, pubs and cafes around. The building itself is very stylish. The apartment is beautiful, very well designed, perfectly equipped. As the name of the place "Canalside" suggests, it is right next to the water. Looking out the window, you can see a canal with gondolas. It's a great view, a fantastic experience. Francesco was very kind and helpful in person as well. We won't search for any other accommodation if we are back in Venice. We highly recommend it! Ps. Just a quick tip. If you cook some seafood, don't put the plate in the window for a good photo, unless you don't want to make a hungry seagull very happy. :D

The contact is super smooth, and the host is really nice, preparing snacks for us. There are separate bedrooms and two toilets, also with a washing machine and dryer. Even though it was really cold outside, the heaters worked super well. Super location close to the train station, and quiet during the night. My family enjoyed the stay so much.

i just now understand i was fortunate to be upgraded to a room in Hotel Olimpia it was very good stay, i just stayed for a day but everything was good, in reception also nice people, the bathroom was sooo big, and good mirror light for woman to have makeup, it was good location, from the airport i got to my place very easy (by bus-airport shuttle to center) all clean and nice, i would stay again for sure i also got free breakfast as i arrived very late night
