The location, uphill from bevano, very close to Stresa, offers amazing views to the lake. Casa Rampolina is charming and quiet. Perfect for a few days of rest. The staff is incredibly nice, the breakfast is delicious, with local products. Their restaurant nearby is fenomenal, our favorite in the region. The jacuzzi in the garden is sooo relaxing. Welcome. Sylvia, your host, perfectly organized and gently methodical, has a logical answer to each of your questions (even before your arrival). The gate opens, your car slowly drives down a gravel driveway, shaded by century-old trees, and the house appears, poised, facing a breathtaking scenery. The architectural terrace, overhanging, offers you this incredible view that you can enjoy from different perspectives, sitting on a bench, or in armchairs, hammocks or smiling blissfully in the modern outdoor jacuzzi. All the facilities are top of the line and explained by Sylvia in detail upon your arrival. Like on a ‘Carte du Tendre’, you can pick shady or sunny spots, isolated or close by, but always carefully thought out. The private wellness room on the ground floor includes all instruments and accessories: saunas, tropical showers, elliptical bike, massage chairs, etc. Later, going up to the small perched space that is dedicated to you (as long as you want to spend an exceptional moment, put the cursor at the maximum), you will find yourself in the middle of the vegetation, still enjoying the view, grandiose, from a small chalet, in a bright space optimized with taste. A fire in the wood stove, two flutes of Prosecco and gentle music will follow. Beautiful hotel in great location in Stresa. Room are very large and our balcony had a partial lake view. The pool on the lake is wonderful. But I think the most outstanding feature of this hotel was its very attentive and friendly employees. Large parking lot for guests across the street. Please beware there are some construction projects going on nearby but didn’t really bother us.

Right on the lakefront, next to the public boats to visit the islands and at the beginning of the old town: the perfect location. Free parking nearby is a great bonus, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast plentiful.
