The whole building is lovely, well finished and kept. The apartment was spacious, very clean and modern with a very large terrace. We arrived very late in the evening but check in was very easy. All the staff were lovely. Underground parking was great too.

Great communication in advance of the stay, with welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms were large and very clean, and we wanted for nothing. The optional continental breakfast was freshly prepared, and well worth the money (€7). The airport transfer service was also very convenient and good value. Located close to the airport this is an excellent option for a lay-over.

This is the true definition of a boutique hotel - small, personal, great service. I loved the art theme throughout and especially my Edward Hopper themed room. It's perfectly located for exploring either the lower or upper town of Bergamo, and the security is excellent, as are the facilities - first time I've ever received an explanation of how to use the shower (although I could have used it in other hotels). The Culti toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was stunningly good - an amazing variety of everything, including many healthy options. The most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the manager, Francesco, and the front desk clerk Rebecca. The maid was also incredibly hard-working and observant and managed to clean my room thoroughly while I was at breakfast.
