The apartment is clean, comfortable, there is a coffee maker. Quite a lot of utensils and equipment in the kitchen (personally, I missed a toaster, but this is not necessary, of course). Very comfortable bed, excellent linen and towels. The owners are always in touch and always help if difficulties arise, thank you for that! Of the minuses, it is necessary to improve the shower stall, because on one side there is no side, only a curtain; when taking a shower, water flows under it and pours onto the floor, then you have to clean up this puddle. This is the only negative, in my opinion, I think the owners will solve this problem. Otherwise everything is fine, quiet, peaceful place. Thank you for the vacation!

This was a huge modern apartment with large bedrooms with big beds large wardrobes and seperate air conditioning units. The kitchen and dining area was well appointed with a big fridge and freezer and gas stove. There was a large outside rooftop deck and also a washing machine in the bathroom.

We liked absolutely everything about the place. It is as if you had a private beach access, that for us visiting in April was almost empty. The house have direct back access to the Cala Poetto. We had a room that was very spacious with a window to the beach and we did not hear the road, only sea! 😊 The bed is very comfortable and pillows are great. Place is very clean. Towels smell great. Andrea is a very nice and friendly host, he welcome us with a Prosecco and some local sweets! Thank you! 😊 We had a really nice chats and it feels as if we were staying with someone who we know already! He is also available and helpful host. We believe the place is in a great location for those who don't want to be too far from town centre but also not directly is busy area. It's also good starting point if you want to see Villasimius! Thank you Andrea for such a nice stay!

    Very nice and kind host, the property had everything we needed and was freshly furnished and renovated. Fantastic place with lots of space, AC and a nice terrace! Parking right in front of the main door was super convenient.

    Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, excellently furbished, we had all that we wanted. Even more. Maria has prepared a welcome snack for us, dolci Sardi, thank you :). Parking was in a street next to apartment. Great restaurants and caffeterias in the area. sea, spiaggia di Poetto is only few minutes away by car. Beautiful Villsimeus also close-by. Maria was instantly responding to our questions on whatsapp. Languages are not a problem as Maria is up-to-date with the newest technologies.
