Very clean. Easy access without the need to directly connect with the owner. We were able to enter with codes and keys. That said, the owner was available to us and gave us detailed instructions on the morning of our arrival. There is a bakery, restaurant (the property owner’s), and a market in the small town. The property was also extremely clean.

Casapaletti is a pleasant, inviting and inspiring place to be, to enjoy, to relax and to stay longer. Our stay lasted six days and it was still too short for Casapaletti. Our faboulous host Andrea is an outstanding cook and showed us every day how to celebrate, to discuss and enjoy the art of cooking and preparing the food and beverages of Monferrato combined with some greetings from Tuscany. Every single course was prepared with heart and soul, with experience and excellence, with tradition and surprise. We felt like being at home at Caterina's and Andrea's. The owner has created Paolo’s ‘mondo’ in a sleepy village in the Monferrato regio with it’s beautyful hills. Paolo and his team make you feel very welcome. In the evenings a very tasteful menu with delicious self made wines is served! All good! We made a nice hike and made a medium sportive biketour with beautiful views on our own bikes!

Incredible little hotel in the hills - the pool was lovely, the little bar is so gorgeous, in the evenings it was gorgeous. the room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. the staff were lovely. the wine tasting was great. the olive oil is INCREDIBLE, we bought 6 bottles.

The breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, made from fresh local products. One evening, we also ordered dinner—what a great decision! The food and wine were both exceptional. Huge thanks to our host, Federica, for cooking and serving such a memorable meal. We worked online during the day, and the space was comfortable for two people, with fast and reliable internet. The location is perfect for nature lovers—hiking trails start right at the doorstep. It’s very peaceful and quiet, with amazing views from the large terrace. The rustic interior is spacious and charming, and we especially loved spending time on the huge terrace. We also had occasional visits from the owner’s sweet dog, which we enjoyed. Federica was a wonderful host—very friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. Overall, an amazing stay. 100% recommended for anyone who loves good food, nature, tranquility, and beautiful scenery!
