The accommodation is in a city hotel, which means walking distance to the city, sights, bars, restaurants, which is great. Parking is available in the nearby parking house (cost 15 EUR/day, there are no free parkings). The room was on the first floor, elevator is available, which makes everything easier. It was spaceous, comfortable and clean. We had a room next to the elevator, but heard no additional noise due to that. We had a remote check-in as the reception works only until 7 p.m., but had no problems with the entry. We met the staff in the morning at breakfast and they are very kind (a lady did come to say hello in the evening, but we still do not know who that person was as the receptionist on the phone said noone is there after 7 p.m. :-)) Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and served in a very stylish room.

The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

The location was great - just a tiny bit difficult to find as it is on a small narrow street and the name does not stand out. But there os a food restaurant just next to the hotel, lots of other restaurants and shops. Central location. The room was very chic - clean and cute. Would recommend. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is located in nature with lots of greenery. The host was waiting for us at the entrance and nicely handed over the keys and explained everything. The apartment had everything needed to cook lunch (salt, sugar, spices, coffee). For breakfast, everything was sweet and salty. Very nice apartment for one or more nights. Vacation in nature without traffic.

    The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the airconditioning worked well which was great as the weather was very hot. Ricardo had even left us a bottle of wine and cold bottles of water in the fridge. There was an elevator which was easy to use to access the 5th floor. Free parking was available on the street.

    It was more than 5 star and had everything you needed and more for self catering. The attention to detail was outstanding and the hosts - Sabry and Emy were very warm and welcoming which reflects in their stunning self catering apartment. There are buses close by but we enjoyed walking to the train station and supermarket (nearby) so left our rental car in the appointed secure parking space throughout our stay. Thanks so much for the amazing stay Sabry and Emy - it exceeded our expectations.

    Perfect location, nearby secure parking. Superb apartment with all mod cons. A fantastic 4 night family stay. Highly recommended to explore the Tuscan highlights and Pistoia old town, itself, is absolutely charming and literally on the doorstep. Excellent communication with the host.

    The place offers a car parking, but is also reachable by public bus with about 10mins of walk. Overlooks a valley with a beautiful winery view, tennis court, swimming pool and hiking spots. The staff were super friendly and helpful, directly reachable to any help needed. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook your own meals, also there's a grocery store nearby ~7mins by car, so it is very convenient.

    everything was fine, the hosts are great and helpful. You have secure parking, lovely garden, great also for exploring the nearby cities. Pistoia is also a great location for visiting the old city

    Location is very good. Close to everything we were looking for. Close to free parking, train station, old centre of the city. Nice apartment, friendly host, cozy balcony, large room, very clean and comfortable bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Nothing super fancy, just everything right with a great feeling of old italian city.
