The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen in the rooms. The food prepared by the chef in the hotel restaurant is incredibly delicious. The hotel is located in a very picturesque place. From every corner of the hotel, as well as from the room, you can see the mountains and the view is like from the most beautiful postcard. The hotel exceeded expectations.

We had the most amazing stay here. The staff/owners were very kind and hospitable and went out of their way to cater gluten free for us. We stayed here for dinner for two nights and had the most delicious meals. The accommodation was very tidy and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the grounds were well kept. We would definitely come back here in the future!

I recently stayed at this wonderful villa near Florence and had an amazing experience. The location is extremely convenient, as it’s just a short drive from Florence, and there are two great options for getting to the city center: by car or a quick and easy train ride. The villa itself is beautiful and very comfortable, even towards the end of the tourist season when the weather can get cooler—it stayed warm and cozy throughout our stay. The property is well-maintained and clean, with lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. What made the experience truly exceptional was the host. He was always available, responsive, and eager to help with any questions we had. His attentiveness and support really made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near Florence with excellent hospitality.

Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station.     Nice and big apartment with a large terrace with a fantastic view over the valley. Parkingplace in front of the house where the nice owners, Carlo and his wife live. If you want information or help, they are there to make your stay convenient. We highly recommand this apartment.

    Amazing location, huge apartment, super modern. VERY clean. Beautiful views and great pool and kid pool. Also a playground right next to it for my daughter. Free parking at playground. The breakfast was amazing the staff is so friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond in service. They were so sweet to my daugther. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was. the perfect place to spend time in the hills of florence.

    Really nice location, clean rooms and very spacious. The breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly. The water in the pool was quite cold. There is a parking place at the location with no additional costs. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Florence city center.

    The room was enormous, with good A/C and a generous sized bathroom. We had our own private garden, with a pomegranate tree that was a delight for my wife. The location was quiet and picturesque, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The staff were amazing, all just genuinely nice people and we had a bit of fun trying to cross the communication barriers (I kept speaking Spanish but we all got there in the end). Dedicated underground parking was great (you really need a car to get there or around the area). Decent free WiFi too.

    Pluses: nice people, very clean and tidy, huge comfortable beds and pillows, free parking spots near the hotel, great scenery. Minuses: breakfast which was way below average and a real waste of money: poor quality of products, no fruits or vegetables etc. If i hadn't bought breakfast I would have put 10 for my stay.
