The staff is very, very fiendly! They make you feel like visiting your family, but with very much respect for your privacy and your own space. So is very unique and wonderful feeling! The rooms are very clean and have a generous space. Is the second time we come here and we will definitely come back again! You have inside parking. And is also wonderful if you have the time to visit the family's aceito balsamico farm. All the people we meet here will have a special place in our harts!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of tranquil Modena. A five minute walk to the famous market; 2 minutes to square with great gelato, restaurants and bars; across the road from branded shopping like H&M, Mango and Benetton. Really well appointed, fantastic shower, great beds, good kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is cappuccino or espresso and a pastry at the bar 50m from the apartment owned by the brother of the owner. Try the fresh orange juice as well - delicious - and great staff. The lift does not go to the street level so need to take luggage up stairs about half a floor to get to the lift.

    everything was excellent as expected and described on the booking.com website. The host provided us with a permit to enter the ZLT zone by car, a public parking lot without payment was also provided. The apartment is extremely interestingly decorated, everything was extremely clean and quiet. Special praise to the hosts. I'm sure we'll see each other again.

    Hotel is a walking distance to the city centre (ca. 25 min). There are a lot of free parking spaces outside the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, it didn't have a huge variety, some basics (ham, cheese, scrambled egg, sausages, pastries, yoghurt), but it's what you pay for. There is a nice pizzeria close to the hotel.

    Breakfast was way beyond what we expected. The view from the 8th floor was fantastic. They write free parking nearby but that's an understatement, the parking is directly at the hotel, a big plus after some prior bad experiences.

    The room was outdated, but the beds were comfortable. The shower cabin really needs to be replaced, but the water-pressure and temperature was awesome. The room was really, really huge (we could play soccer in it). The airco was old, but worked very well. The hotel is very fancy, the room looks like it does not belong in this hotel. You can park the car for free on the private parking lot of the hotel. The area does not look safe to walk around, but for the car parking it was ok. There is a grocery store around the corner.
