I super love their staff. The hosts Paulene and Suzana were excellent. They were nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. As we got in early they allowed us to store our luggage with them and they brought our bags up to the room when it was ready. The room was excellent. I love that the windows when opened can hear people chatting outside or singers just singing beautiful songs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Clean. Bathroom clean too and large. Tub was a nice touch. Overall will come back and better yet will share with the office and with my friends and family.

Where do I start... The shower was amazing, the bed super comfy, the room was decorated with good taste etc plenty of space and the service was exceptional. They even showed us to our room and showed us how to use the coffee maker 😊 The hotel is right next to the best pizza restaurant in the world also 😋

It exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Firstly, its location is perfect, just a 20-minute stroll from both the old and new part of the city, surrounded by a plethora of fantastic restaurants. The accommodation itself is charming and comfortable. What impressed us most was the thoughtful provision of a fully stocked fridge, available at any hour for a quick snack or beverage. It truly added a personalized touch to our stay. Lastly, Lorenzo, the host, deserves special mention.
