Clean great facility with sufficient equipment to make breaky and light meals; easy access and in a great northern lake town. Ferry access was regular and suited our needs but bus and train connections equally regular. Met hosts dad at the bus stop and he and his wife were delightful Julia the cat was so cute.

Everything was just perfect and even much better then we expected. The owner is very helpful and always prompt reacted if any questions arise. The area is quite and nice, and you will enjoy amazing views from terrace and garden. Every detail in the house is thorough out and make you feel like at home. You will have everything needed during stay and for us it was one of the best place we ever stayed. Definitely recommend for everyone who is planned a trip to Como.

    Owner is very understanding and swift in assisting me for very late check in due to unforeseen circumstances. The parking is conveniently in front of the B&B with a nice view of the Lake. Breakfast at ground floor is very convenient before I continue my journey.
