Location is great, 5 min. walk from Carloforte centre. Apartment itself is in a quiet and nice place. No problem with car parking. The owner Francesca was super nice and very helpful. The room was convenient, cosy and spotless. Breakfast was also tasty ( fresh croissants from a local bakery ! ). The owner started her business only this year so everything is new and fresh. Not too many stairs to get there and air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom (but not the second bedroom). Communication with Lara went well and the entire apartment was light, bright and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable and the decor lovely throughout the apartment. We loved our stay here.
