Arthur and his colleagues were kind, professional and gave us loads of information to make our trip in Como really memorable. The hotel is literally opposite the ferry stop and close to bus stops. This was just a stopover to break up a long drive home (with 2 kids in the car) so it fit the bill. The view of Lake Como was accessible to us (just across the road) and it was beautiful. You could catch a ferry ride from right next door! We weren't able to enjoy their restaurant as it was closed that day.
