We had an amazing experience at this villa. Francesco and Alessandro made sure everything was perfect and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Every morning we enjoyed fresh croissants and a light breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa is elegant, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s quiet and relaxing, perfect escape from the city. We also loved spending time with Spartaco, the sweetest dog! The hosts kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our trip much easier. The beach is a bit far from the villa, but you can ask the hosts to arrange a ride. We loved everything, thank you!

Perfect site, perfect hosts, great days. Appartement in a completely renewed house with a nice swimmingpool in front of plus a bar close by in a calm region of Anzio. Every morning do the hosts serve a fresh made breakfast on demand either fruits etc. or salty with eggs and ham. You will never regret if you stay in this place. It has everything: a great location in a quiet area, authentic Italian atmosphere, wonderful people, and delicious food. My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were looking for a charming place, so we didn't consider hotels. This option turned out to be the best in Anzio. We chose a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we didn't regret it. Almost every evening, we sat on the balcony, had drinks, and enjoyed beautiful views, not only of the sea but also of the city. The house is filled with many wonderful things that create a unique coziness, making you feel like you're not on vacation, but visiting a close friend. The hostess who created this cozy environment is a very kind and interesting woman. She helped with everything, from providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to assisting with plumbing issues when we had no hot water. Despite having an assistant, she sometimes cooked breakfast for us, which, by the way, was also very good. The beach was about a 15-minute walk away. Beach loungers were available for a fee, which was relatively high compared to places like Greece or Turkey, but we received additional discounts as guests of BUBA BnB. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes near the beach. The beaches were delightful as well. It's clean and lively here, as many people rent spots for the entire season and come with their families. This creates a great atmosphere where everyone knows each other and constantly interacts. There were very few tourists. Because Anzio is small and not very touristy, it was sometimes challenging to find English speakers even in restaurants and stores. Menus were often only in Italian as well. But in general, the people are very friendly. Leaving this place, we were certain that we would come back here because the comfort and atmosphere that Cornelia creates here surpass any expensive hotels. There's life and energy in this place. Best hosts we have ever met. Very caring and accommodating to our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the care we received (the fridge had treats for us and the rooms were very clean). Great stay in a cozy holiday home near the sea! We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It’s just about a 10-minute walk to a clean, beautiful beach, which was very convenient. The house itself was neat, clean, and cozy — it’s clear the owner takes good care of it. The city center is absolutely charming, with lovely streets, nice cafes, and historic spots — perfect for evening walks. The host was especially kind and communicative, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. The sea was warm, the weather was perfect, and overall, the stay left us with only positive impressions. Highly recommended!
