A lovely hotel with great facilities, tucked away from the business of the Matheran town. It takes a little longer to get there from the taxi drop off but it's worth it for the beautiful location surrounded by trees and nature. The room was comfy and spacious, the shower was hot and the AC worked very well. I had a bar fridge as well which was great. The buffet breakfast was amazing every morning with a huge variety of indian foods, cereal, fruit and fresh juice. The pool was nice to sit in after a long day of walking. Balcony was also great to chill out on. Staff were all super friendly and the reception staff speak great English. Wonderful stay.

We arrived in Mumbai after a very long tiring flight and ordered an Ola which dropped us right in front of the resort and couldn't believe our eyes at what a beautiful property we suddenly found ourselves in. We were immediately welcomed in a very friendly way and felt incredibly comfortable right from the start we felt like home and this feeling only increased until we left! The staff is just so nice, accommodating and with every question or search for help with all their hearts in to give us the best possible time. Everyone does their Tasks incredibly well with a lot of love, we saw you all thanks to everybody ! We would love to come back anytime and would like to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time ! Great location, nice property, lots of greenery, beautiful view of sahyadri hiils. The caretakers were very friendly and looked after our needs very well. The food quality was excellent, we got fresh home cooked and tasty meals prepared by the in-house cook. Nice swimming pool & plenty of spaces to relax & chill. The house is well kept and comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning,, which was important as the weather was very hot during day time. They have generator back up for power cuts.

The villa's decor, location, view, space and vibe was gorgeous. The food was simple yet very delicious and in plenty. The manager and staff were very courteous and hospitable. The property overall was very nicely done with open areas for people to sit and relax, enough green spaces and trees, and Camp Max near by with all sorts of activities for families.
