A Perfect Family Holiday Resort This resort provided an exceptional experience for our family holiday, making it a memorable and enjoyable stay from arrival to departure. Everything was thoughtfully managed and offered great value for money. Highlights: Front Desk Staff: Warm, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Really worth your money. Quiet place to take some rest. It is better to come with a 2-wheeler, to reach easily Mahabalipuram if this is your goal. I liked it a lot.

We loved the warm welcome from the hosts and also since it was Valentine's Day they offered this candle light dinner with music and we loved the food and hosts making us feel comfortable. The place is very quite and soo peaceful. All you can hear is birds chirping (since they have a huge bird cage) and you can take a walk inside it as well. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and shapes of the individual rooms are soo vintage. We stayed in the Arch shaped houses. Overall, a lovely and romantic getaway place.

I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai from 21st August to 6th September for business travel and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay. The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended
