The place was stunning, the room and the view outside was incredible. The service was top notch. We were asked several times what we needed and food and refreshments were available to us whenever we wished for. The bonfire was also available on demand, which we took benefit of on two nights of our stay. Faizal, the owner, was always available on call and WhatsApp and ready to cater to our needs. The stunning view and great service just won us over.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The house, view, ambience and interiors are exceptional. It’s less portrayed in the picture. All those who come with no expectations are going to have a pleasant surprise. The service given by Mr. Taj and his housekeepers are phenomenal. You would feel like you are with a family. South Indian breakfast by Javed, Spicy Chicken Curry, Lemon tea, coffee and fruits, cooked according to our preference. Camp fire is not be missed. I would book this place again. I rank this place the best among all the home-stays i experienced.

Beautiful homestay in a peaceful location. Immaculately clean with beautiful views of the valley and delicious home cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed staying with Ronald and Sheila who made sure everything was good for us, including finding us a safe driver for four days. They also helped us plan our sightseeing trips in the local area and even took us to the local village to meet their parents. We would highly recommend for those looking to come to the Nilgiris hills, in particular foreign travellers who want to understand local culture and relax in the countryside. The WiFi was good enough to do some work calls which came up, which was helpful. Perfect English spoken. We enjoyed tea tasting at Tranquilitee and recommend Cafe Diem for lunch, an organic vegetarian cafe with a stunning view.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Had come here with my dad. Taking long walks in the garden,Also, the room was very clean and spacious with the wonderful 24/7 hot water. After dinner , enjoyed playing carrom with my father in the game room. To sum it up, I loved the hospitality of the staff especially night shift staffs , be it at the Room service or the reception. One thing that I am sure of is next time when I come to Ooty, I would be staying at your resort for sure. It’s best recommended if you are coming with family here.

This property is in a beautiful location with such interesting, fun activities to do. We enjoyed the safari and bird walk. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis, carrem and the delicious food! Then the surprise of waking to deer sleeping on the grass outside the door was such a treat! The staff were so friendly and helpful.
